Things to Know

Children who are age 5 (going into Kindergarten) through (entering) 5th grade are welcome to participate. We do not provide childcare for children younger than age 5, as some activities may not be age-appropriate.


  • Drop-off: Begins at 5:15PM for all participants.

  • Dinner: We will provide a meal for all registered participants and our dedicated volunteers starting at 5:30PM.

  • Activities: Begin at 6pm

  • Pick-up: 8:30 PM

Drop-off (5:15 PM - 5:25 PM):

  1. Enter the main parking lot entrance (look for the three flag poles).

  2. Follow the marked drop-off line; volunteers will be present to guide you.

  3. Please be patient and follow volunteer directions. Do not drive around other cars; this is for the safety of all children and volunteers.

  4. Children will exit their vehicles, and a VBS volunteer will escort them to the front door.

  5. Friendly greeters will check them in and lead them to the main assembly area for dinner.

  6. You will receive your pick-up cards at this time. Please bring your card daily for pick-up.

Pick-up (8:30 PM):

  1. There will be two pick-up lines with volunteers to direct you.

  2. Display the provided name card in your passenger side window. (Cards will be distributed at drop-off.)

  3. Your child(ren) will be escorted to your car by a VBS volunteer.

  4. Your patience is greatly appreciated during pick-up! For the safety of all children and volunteers, please do not move out of line until all children are safely in their vehicles, and do not attempt to drive around cars in front of you.

YES! Join us for our Family Closing Celebration on Friday, July 31, 2026, beginning at 6:00PM!

More details will be provided as we get closer to the date, but you can look forward to a food, dessert, and drinks from 6-7PM. Following dinner, the program will begin, featuring an opening skit, music, the announcement of our VBS mission project food drive winners, and a closing skit.
