The first time I visited FUMC Burleson was after I had spent time with my husband at his memory care facility. It was an extremely sorrowful time. I felt very alone. But, God directed me that day and what I found was the most welcoming and loving family who took me in and accepted me for who I am (quirks and all).
We came to FUMC Burleson to look for a church home. We liked the sermons from the get go as they always seem to hit home and mean something, and folks made us feel very welcome. As we attended more as guests, we realized how much the music every week is truly a gift from God. We joined and haven’t looked back. FUMC Burleson feels like family, like home and we see that God is at work with all the good things going on in the Church ministries.
