As Missions Coordinator, Lizz Bridges helps to bridge the church with the world, equipping and empowering our church family to step out into the community to share God's love with everyone we can. As Missions Coordinator, she oversees the church's mission ministry by developing our programs and volunteers, communicating with the church about opportunities, and creating new opportunities for mission by building relationships in the community, other local outreach programs, and the Annual Conference.
Lizz is attending seminary at SMU Perkins School of Theology. She is a candidate in the United Methodist Church, on track to be ordained as a deacon. Lizz looks forward to a life-long ministry of service, word, compassion and justice. Aside from going to class, studying and coordinating the church's missions, Lizz wrangles her four children with her husband, Neal. She loves reading, singing, number puzzles, playing tennis, and spending time with her lovely family.
