monthly monitoring of fire extinguishers, exit signs, and emergency
lights. This includes the Building Fire Sprinkler System Annual Inspection.
- Maintenance, housekeeping and rental
permissions of garage storage, and Vernon Hart expansion project.
- Vehicle maintenance plan, maintenance
log posted. Driver permissions posted and recorded with Insurance agent.
- Lawn and lawn sprinkler maintenance and
timer setting monitoring
- Floors, doors, windows, walls, closets,
rooms. Monitoring and permissions
of requests for placement of items.
- Building Electrical, carpentry, and
plumbing. Repairs and monitoring
of these items.
- Office equipment inventory and Asset
Protection Plan. Building and
classroom inventory of all assets on church property
- Policy interpretation and enforcements.
- HVAC- Heating, Ventilation, Air
Conditioning and Thermostat settings throughout church. Maintain records
for Filter changes.
- Kingswood Property maintenance and
upkeep.
