  1. Annual / bi-annual Fire inspections and monthly monitoring of fire extinguishers, exit signs, and emergency lights. This includes the Building Fire Sprinkler System Annual Inspection.

 

  1. Maintenance, housekeeping and rental permissions of garage storage, and Vernon Hart expansion project.

 

  1. Vehicle maintenance plan, maintenance log posted. Driver permissions posted and recorded with Insurance agent.

 

  1. Lawn and lawn sprinkler maintenance and timer setting monitoring

 

  1. Floors, doors, windows, walls, closets, rooms.  Monitoring and permissions of requests for placement of items.

 

  1. Building Electrical, carpentry, and plumbing.  Repairs and monitoring of these items.

 

  1. Office equipment inventory and Asset Protection Plan.  Building and classroom inventory of all assets on church property

 

  1. Policy interpretation and enforcements.

 

  1. HVAC- Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning and Thermostat settings throughout church. Maintain records for Filter changes.

 

  1. Kingswood Property maintenance and upkeep.

  

  11.  Parsonage inspection and monitoring of grounds. Pre-School Liation
