In many ways, this place is both OLD & NEW. Old.... because of its long history in Burleson, located for many years on Renfro Street. New.... because of our present location on McAlister Road, in a simply gorgeous facility built three years ago. Our church has a long-standing commitment to being active in Burleson and Johnson/Tarrant Counties. Our members care deeply about our schools, about quality programs for children and youth, and about reaching out to those in need among us. We also care deeply about all the new residents who are looking for a place of worship that is right for them. We are excited and honored to open the doors of our church to everyone with hospitality, laughter, listening ears, and graciousness.... graciousness that comes from THE GRACE OF GOD, offered freely and generously to all people.

First United Methodist Church of Burleson has been given the opportunity to offer a place for people to hold God at the center of their lives. We are thankful for that - and we never want to take it for granted! We seek to be a sacred place of divine presence, as revealed in the life and message of Jesus.
