The Church Nursery is available to parents that have children between new born and 3 years old.  The nursery is available during all worship services and special events that take place at the church.  If you are unsure that nursery services will be provided during special events please contact the church office and they will be able to provide you with an answer.

Nursery Age Groups

• Crib Nursery - children that are new born to 18 months
• Toddler and Two's Nursery - children that are 18 months to 3 years old

Signing Your Child Into the Nursery

When you arrive at the nursery to drop your children off, please sign the form located at the front door.  Please be sure to fill out the form completely as this information is needed in case the nursery staff needs to get in contact with you regarding you child.  The nursery also provides a pager for parents upon request.  If you are dropping off your child for the first time at the church nursery you will be asked to complete a "Get Acquainted Card" so the nursery staff will have important information about your child and their special needs (feeding, allergies, etc.)

Crying Children

The nursery staff is experienced at soothing crying children.  Be assured the nursery will make every effort to make your child feel safe and secure.  Although we welcome parents visiting at any time, we recommend that parents minimize your "appearing and disappearing" as it may tend to make your child upset.

It is not uncommon for children to experience a temporary "seperatation anxiety" when seperated from mom and dad, but this usually only lasts a few minutes.  If your child continues to cry our staff will use their best judgement and your instructions as to when come and notify you during the church event.

Picking Up Children

Please return to pick up your child promptly after the conclusion of the church event.  This says how much you appreciate those watching your child.  We ask that only adults pick up children from the nursery.  Also please be sure to sign your child out when picking up child.
